Utilising our waste conversion technology, we can transform non-recyclable waste streams into uniform solid fuel, which can then be processed in advanced thermal treatment systems, creating ASTM/EN grade automotive fuels or Syngas.

Our zero emission waste technology includes three waste convertor types:

  • H series for hospital, clinical and hazardous waste
  • MO series for MSW, industry and agricultural waste
  • NV series for marine waste on board vessels

Our Waste Converter range efficiently process from 20kg to 2,000kg per hour.

Our Waste Converters have two output settings:

  • A high temperature setting for sterilisation of clinical and hazardous waste streams
  • Mid temperate setting for pasteurisation of other waste streams

Our Waste Converters meet European and New Zealand safety standards, achieve 100% sterilisation, a 70% reduction in waste volume and a 50% reduction in weight.

This size Converter has a process chamber capacity of 200 litres, and can process up to 80 kg/hour. The largest Converter process chamber capacity is 5000 litres and can process up to 2000 kg/hour.

Waste Converter installation allows the immediate statement of Zero Waste to landfill to be achieved.

Installation of a Waste Converter/s can either be at the point of waste generation (if volumes permit) or incorporated into a Material Recycling Facility (MRF) with all non-recyclables processed through the Converter into Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) for further beneficial use.

For a city or council application, a hub and spoke model  is recommended. Satellite Waste Converter stations located at Waste Transfer Stations to process waste in local areas reducing volume and weight for transporting to a central Advanced Thermal Distillation Process centre for renewable fuel production.
